Cliff Zintgraff has twenty years industry experience in high-technology and startup firms. After graduating with honors from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX, Mr. Zintgraff developed teleradiology systems for EMED, a medical imaging company in San Antonio, TX. He then served as Vice-President of Services for SecureLogix Corporation, a startup company in telecommunications and security. Since starting Innology, Mr. Zintgraff has helped develop two ventures, and he has secured funding and led projects in the areas of workforce development, education and technology commercialization. Mr. Zintgraff's community service includes Chair of the IT Cluster for the San Antonio Technology Accelerator Initiative, leadership team chair in his local church, and service on local technology boards. He graduated with honors and was named Outstanding Student of his Master's program in Technology Commercialization at the University of Texas at Austin IC² Institute.

Patti Jackson brings 20 years of new product development and project management experience across several industries, including FDA-regulated OTC drugs/cosmetics/medical devices, chemicals, and education. In addition to an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, she holds Masters and Bachelors of Science in Microbiology degrees from Texas A&M University. She has received numerous awards, including the George Kozmetsky and Dean's Awards from the University of Texas, and the World Class Innovation and Business Excellence Awards from her management tenure at Scott Paper Company. Ms. Jackson has also been an upper elementary Montessori classroom teacher.
